Foto Riesel has been in business for over 50 years.

Over the last 12 years under contract ITS 2006 and prior to this under contract 393, Foto Riesel has established itself as a leading supplier to the NSW government, being able to service the varied needs of this sector.
Foto Riesel is a specialist imaging supplier whose focus is on imaging solutions rather than on the supply of a single brand. Whether it be a simple compact digital camera or a complete digital imaging lab, we have highly trained and knowledgeable staff who are able to offer pre-sales advice through to after sales service, training and support.

You can click on the My Account tab on the top. After login, select Account Information. You will see all the on-line orders that you have placed with us through this website. Click on the Order to check the Order Status. You can also use the direct Order Status Check page (Order ID and Order Password are required).

Terms & conditions

Any special offer available through Foto Riesel cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, a discount constitutes an offer and offers apply to full price goods and services only.
Any vouchers must be submitted at time of order. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
Foto Riesel will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by typographical errors, oversight by us or incorrect details given to us by manufacturers whether related to description, price or specification.
Foto Riesel reserves the right to withdraw from sale any item it sees fit.

Incomplete or incorrect orders
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery, otherwise no claim will be accepted. Where a shortage is suspected, please contact us immediately quoting our invoice number and your order number.
Customers are requested to contact us and obtain a return authority prior to returning goods. Goods for return must be in original packaging complete with all accessories.

Backorders
Goods not supplied will be automatically backorderd unless otherwise requested. Backorders will be supplied as soon as the stock becomes available.

Pricing
Due to the dynamic nature of the imaging market prices are subject to change without notice. In the case of significant differences between the posted price and the current price, Foto Riesel will endeavour to inform the customer prior to processing the order.
